I am a registered psychologist in the provinces of Ontario and Québec. I hold a bachelors degree specialized with honours in psychology from the University of Ottawa and a doctorate degree (Psy.D./Ph.D.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal. I am also a certified clinician in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) with Postpartum Support International. I work in private practice and I work mostly with adults, teens and their families struggling with Eating Disorders and Body-Image concerns, as well as with Perinatal Mental-Health difficulties. I have a special interest and passion for Third-Wave approaches, particularly compassion-focused interventions.
